Delivery notifications: You will receive an email to the address you provide when your order is confirmed, and another when it is dispatched, along with any tracking information that will apply to your order.
Cutoff time: The cutoff time for ordering is 4pm on working days. Any orders placed before then will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day - if placed after 4pm on Friday they will be processed the following Monday, provided this is not a public holiday or another date we are closed. Shipping locations: We offer shipping to all of the UK and Ireland. Next-day shipping to mainland UK addresses is free and your order will arrive the next working day (excludes weekends and public holidays) providing you place the order before the cutoff time of 4pm.
We are unable to offer free delivery to Northern Ireland at present. If ordering to an address in Northern Ireland please choose the 'Northern Ireland' shipping option when checking out. If you select the free Mainland UK option for delivery to a Northern Ireland address your order will not be processed until we can contact you to take the additional payment for shipping.
Shipping to the Republic of Ireland costs £10 and will be the only option displayed when choosing this shipping location.

Timescale: We aim to process all orders within one working day. Orders placed before the cutoff time of 4pm will be shipped the same day while orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next working day. Orders will not be processed or shipped on national holidays or certain other days - please see the Contact Us section for a full list of upcoming dates when we are closed.
International deliveries: At present we are unable to offer international delivery, and orders must be made using a UK or Irish address.
Returns: Our returns policy is the same as Apple's as we are an official stockist of Apple products. You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you would like to return it. You then have a further 14 days from contacting us to send the product/s back.
Refund of postage charges: All postage charges are non-refundable. If we agree to receive an item for refund only the cost of the item itself will be refunded.
Wrong item received: Should you receive an incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange to receive the item back from you and exchange it for the correct one.
Faulty items While every care is taken to ensure all items are fully-functional when they are dispatched, should you believe there to be a problem with your purchase upon receipt please contact us immediately.
